Great company. We had a leak in our basement 12 years ago and after a recent major storm a leak developed in the original place repaired 12 years ago. Called company and withen 7 days they arrived. Looked at the problem and repaired/added more filler to the wall. LEAK FIXED He said sometimes thing just shift. They honored thier warrenty !!

I had a leak in my basment called around and the only company willing to come give me a quote within a week was crack busters. Very helpful over the the phone. They sent a worker out for the free quote helped me understand why my basment was leaking , due to a crack in the foundation. Then they came and injected the crack ,Very professional no leaks anymore. Would recommend crackbusters to anyone.

I recently had a problem with water leaking thew my basments window. I tryed calling a numerous amount of water proofing company's and could not seem to get a straight answer or reasonable quote. I than called the crack busters and spoke with a gentalmen name Michael and just over the phone was more helpful than anyone elce I contacted. Needles to say this company is great and left me 100% satisfied. They installed a window well and now no more wet basment! If your looking for a trust worthy company that offers nothing but clean quailty work I recommend the Crack Busters.

I started finishing my basement when my contractor discovered cracks in my wall which stopped renovations. My contractor told me to call crack busters as he has used them in the past. Crack busters came and discovered the 4 cracks in November. They fixed them all on the same day. Good guys and clean job. My basement is now finished with no leaks. I'm happy I called them. Would recommend.

I discovered a leak in my basement for the first time. My friend told me to call crack busters. They arrived on time and repaired the leak within 2 hours. They also fixed my sump pump check valve at no charge. I'm happy with the work and warranty. I would recommend this company and already have.

Had Morgan come to my house and quote me on the job as I was having water issues in my basement. I was told told it was a nice easy fix just needed some ty-rod holes repaired and my sill ledge I was told it would be $1500 which I thought was reasonable. We scheduled to have the work done and he was a no show, no big deal we rescheduled again he showed up but almost 2 hrs late but at least he showed up. I spoke with him over the phone when he arrived to confirm the work to be done to make sure we were on the same page. Everything seemed good until I got home and checked the work. He did repair 4 ty-rod holes but not the ones we discussed, I called him to see what happened and was told you know how many houses I see a day I can't remember everything I need to do at each house. After 5 more visits and numerous missed appointments the issue was still not resolved. I was told well it seems to be getting better every time I come back And don't worry it's covered under warranty. I would like to finish my basement and be confident no more water will come back in unfortunately I would not recommend this company for this type of work. I have had 3 other companies come in to quote me on the repair since and have been told the work that has been done is a very cheap temporary fix. I understand this is their competition but when three other companies tell me the same thing you can help but think you got screwed.

Morgen quoted me one price when he came and gave me the estimate of water proofing the inside of my basement and by the time he was finished it was at least almost 4,000.00 more they destroyed the drywall when they cut it half way that the renovators thought it was very neglectful of them that they didn't give a care. He then proceeded to replace the sump pump and after I renovated the basement I had another flood he put in a cheap pump and charged me over 500.00. He is unreliable does not return calls and I am totally disgusted with him I would never recommend him not even to my worst enemy. To date I had to call a plumber and replace the sump pump and make the pit bigger which is the work he should have done in the first place.

They came and fix my basement crack and give me lifetime Guarantee after year or so there leak again they fix it.
Now the crack is leaking again i call them several time
Left a messages but no response from them i am still waiting for there call.

Crack Busters repaired five cracks in our concrete foundation. We left the walls uncovered without any insulation to continually monitor these cracks and any moisture spot. After only 5 months, two cracks were leaking. They came to "fix" it under warranty and only one month later these two same cracks are leaking again. After talking to an engeneer who walked me through the process and how it should be done, it was evident that Crack Busters does not do a good job. NOTE when they inject the crack through the sides, you shouldl see the material come out of the crack, this is proof that they did a good job and that in fact they sealed the crack. If you just see the plastic stubs they put on the sides of the crack and no material coming out of the crack then they did not fix it properly. We are now hiring another company and spending an additional $2,500 on top of the $6,500 we had already spent with Crack Busters. Do things right from the start, do not fix your cracks with these guys

I bought an older home in Toronto with a leaking basement. I called the Crackbusters to give me a quote.They determined that all the clay weeping tile had to be replaced.Their price was $2500 less than another company I called, so I went with them. In total they replaced 140 feet addressing all walls from inside. The work took three days and looked clean throughout. They also installed a sump pump and emergency back up system. The basement is now getting finished into an apartment. Very happy with this company and their work.
