Not only did Puroclean deliver and set up their drying equipment, they removed and moved our contents carefully and explained the process along the way. We were very concerned when we found out there is mold in the basement. We were ready to pay whatever it costs just to have it removed. Mike came as soon as we called him. Very nice guy! Very professional! He inspected the basement and because the mold was less than 10sqft he said we can clean it ourselves. He didn't even charge us for his service. He gave us instructions on how to deal with it. He is very honest and saved us time and money!

4 days before my child's 1st birthday party we had a water leak in the upstairs bathroom, which lead to water damage in the main floor ceiling.

I had a major issue with urine smell at one of my rental due to a bad tenant with dogs. The place was in terrible shape.

We had a burst pipe in our basement this week, with water damage to drywall and baseboards (floors are ceramic tile and wood stairs were ok) I called Puroclean and was immediately connected to Dino Martignago, the owner. He was at my house at 8:20 am the next morning--ready to assist. He tested for water damage, removed baseboards, and set up 3 large fans and a dehumidifier. Dino is knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The issue was taken care of in 48 hours. The invoice/price for work done is very reasonable, and allowed us to avoid making an insurance claim. I would highly recommend Dino and his compnay PuroClean.
