We lice in a condo and the gasket failed on the water meter behind the wall. The unit was flooded. PuroClean and Intact Insurance claims adjuster worked quickly and effectively to Approve the work. Entire unit was emptied, all old engineered wood floor was removed and replaced.

Cleaned out old rugs, scraped walls of old paint
and cleaned out all old items into boxes , even taking extra bags of garbage that was not related to the job. Friendly and professional ! Great job!

The neighbor’s maple leaf tree fell on our house, it destroyed our roof, patio, fence and backyard lighting. Puro Clean came and took over the whole job. They first sent some arbor people to remove the tree without causing any additional damage to the house, then they sent the roofers to do a temporary fix to the roof until spring so they could change the roof.
As soon as the weather got better the roofer came back changed the roof, the carpenters came fixed the patio and installed the new fence.
Finally the electrician came and fixed all the power in the backyard and changed all the light fixtures that were damaged.

We experienced a leak into our finished basement through a foundation crack. Within 24 hours of contacting our insurance adjuster, Mike of PuroClean was on site measuring, taking pictures and arranging for a crew to come and remove damaged drywall, carpeting, and dry out the damp. He gave excellent advise about what needed to be done and made all the arrangements with our insurer. PuroClean's professional team came and packed contents and moved furniture preparing for the repairs. After the outside work , from a different provider, sealed the crack PuroClean returned to replace insulation and drywall and remove carpet under-padding. A few days later the carpet was replaced, then cleaned, then the same team returned to move furniture back and unpack and replace all the contents. All teams were highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Each team took care to ensure they did not transfer any dirt elsewhere in the house and left work sites very clean. We could not be more pleased with the service. We don't wish anyone the problem with water damage to their property, but we could not ask for better aid in getting the basement dried and restored. If you have a disaster, PuroClean is the company to call.

Mike and his team are top notch. When plumbing cables under my kitchen sink burst, I had a time sensitive emergency with hardwood floors on my main floor. Mike came to my home quickly (within two hours of my call) and assessed the situation. His team swung into action quickly starting the work right away. Mike helped me through all aspects of the insurance claim. And most importantly, saved my hardwood floors! Mike is very knowledgable and was available to answer any and all questions. Mike and his Puroclean team are professional, do a great job and are very pleasant to work with -- in what was a very difficult time. I highly recommend them.

PuroClean can to our house prepared to do the work we asked them to do. They laid down red carpet through the areas of the house they would be working in. They performed the contracted job in a reasonable time frame and left the house spotless.
