Lbp Heating & Air Conditioning

LBP is my hero during the frigid wind chill -21 weather.
Had a technical problem with my furnace. Called LBP, told the technician the problem with the gas pipe. The call was handled in a great professional manner. Also, the wait time from when I made the call was prompt (1 hour to be exact). He also made a follow-up call to see how things were functioning. Thank you so much Leroy - we all do!

As a mother with a newborn and a two year, getting news during the winter season that you need a new heat exchanger or furnace is not good news. The contractor that came to conduct a maintenance earlier in the day relayed this news to me and told me that my heat will be turned off due to a carbon monoxide poisoning risk. Leroy was recommended to me by another furnace repair company. The motor in my furnace failed at the beginning of December in 2013 & Leroy was able to come out that very night to replace it. Then my furnace failed on New Years Eve. Leroy was able to come out first thing the next morning to inspect the unit. We couldn't figure out what had gone wrong so Leroy refused to charge me for the visit. He was very kind, respectful & quick to get my issues solved. If the furnace breaks again he'll be my first phone call!

Got up one morning after the ice storm and the house was cold. Called Leroy earlier than his website said and he answered quickly. Came over within 30 minutes and it turned out to be a clogged filter. He was quick efficient and friendly. Fixed the problem and didn't try to rip me off with telling me I needed a new furnace. I would recommend him to anyone.

We were having a problem with our fireplace and had used Leroy for our furnace before and found him to be efficient and very reasonable. He came in and within 30 minutes not only had it working but vacuumed it and polished it up...looks brand new. I would highly recommend Leroy he is very honest what a rarity. He will offer you great options and let you know if you really have to get something replaced or he can fix it. We will use Leroy for all of our Heating and Airconditioning needs.

Had no heat. Called in the afternoon and had heat within 3 hrs. LBP (Leroy) was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service which we were provided and would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

Furnace was not working on a cold day. Called lbp (leroy) he came the same day . The problem was a clogged vent outside. He was honest and did not try to rip me off for something else. He is very professional and respectful of the house. I strongly recommend LBP.
