Previously, I have had to have these gates serviced/replaced several times. Manny built two, identical, robust gates offsite, then installed them in under 1/2 day, with some really robust hardware. The clean up was impeccable. Thank you!

Roof and Eavestroughs needed to be replaced. Both were old and damaged. Fantastic work by Belco!

Exterior Painting
I hired Belco to re-caulk and paint some 21 old windows. I found Belco to be reasonably priced and I am very happy with the results. I am planning to use Belco again.

Leo organized a concrete steps and retaining wall repair and the results were great. Better than expected.

Our house was very hot on the upper floor. We hired Belco to mount a condenser on the side of our house, as well as three head units to do the actual cooling. The job was done over two days of work, and everything is working really well. The final cost matched the quote. The folks at Belco were easy to communicate with, too. All in all, we will strongly consider hiring them again for future projects.

The bottom of the metal railing on my front porch was rusted and making an ugly rusty stain on the porch. Also, I have a fence around the front yard, and one of the cement posts in that fence had been broken for a long time. Leo returned my call the next day, and his crew came to give an estimate very quickly, and really knew what they were talking about. Their price was very fair and the work they did was fast and truly outstanding! My front porch railing looks new and the rusty stain is gone. The fencing around the front garden looks like new as well. I am so grateful for your great work and for the really decent way you dealt with me and my situation.

My front steps and walkway were falling to bits, it's amazing that the city hadn't condemned it. Also, the wooden support rails were totally rotted, it was all a terrible mess.

I got three quotes, all sort of the same but Leo at Belcom was the only one that followed up and showed a real interest in helping me with my problems. That gave me confidence and I gave Leo the work and I am so glad I did.

He got a really professional crew in and they replaced everything. Ripped it all out, showed me a design way to go, (way better than I would have done), and got it all done on budget.

I have added before and after photos and I hope anyone who reads this will be able to access them because you really can't apprecaite it until you see the difference. It is a real transformation and I am so pleased with it.

Leo was amazing. We discussed the job, he brought in Armando to provide a quote and the next day they were hard at work.
The workmanship is excellent and they completed the job in less than a week.
