I hired Platinum Pro Painters to paint my condo and the employees and manager were friendly and professional. The paint job was excellent. Vlad and his team did a great job!

Platinum Pro Painters originally painted my entire house in 2012 and, at that time I was so completely satisfied with their meticulous work and finished product that I chose them to return to paint my 1800 sq. foot basement.

Chris the Manager at Platinum Pro promptly returned my phone call requesting a quote and, met me two days later to review the project and provide the quote. It took one day for Chris to provide me with the original quote and I was pleasantly surprised to note that the quote was drastically less than I had anticipated to pay.

I immediately booked with Chris without a second thought and within 5 days the crew showed up at 9:00AM to paint my basement. The team of two was on time, efficient, kind, personable and meticulous. They ensured that the furniture was covered and my carpets were protected with drop clothes to prevent paint stains. The job was finished in 7 hours the crews were gone and, I had enough time to prepare dinner and begin my evening at home knowing that such a big job was completed and I didn't have to pay an enormous amount of money.

The next day Chris followed up by phone and asked if I was satisfied with the job and the crew.

I am so satisfied that I told my friends and, my brother and sister-in-law will be contracting Platinum Pro in the Spring of 2015 to paint the entire main floor of their house.

Honestly, I would not chose anyone else to paint my home and, fully intend to contract Platinum Pro for any of my interior or exterior painting needs.

Dan, Alex, Pam and Chris were a fantastic group of painters. We had them paint our whole home, stain/lacquer our railing, some cabinets and our fireplace. They were pleasant to have in our home and did a great job. They listened very well to what we wanted and delivered us an awesome looking refreshed home!

First let me say, it was great dealing with a company that really knows what they are doing. It was a pleasure having you guys paint my house.

I was especially happy with the communication throughout the project. Regular discussions with the foreman ensured there were no omissions and no mistakes.The simple, concise, unambiguous quote barred any misunderstandings.

I was surprised to see how meticulous the painters were with drop clothes and masking tape. Not a single drop of paint anywhere except on the house. And thanks for moving all our stuff to the side. I was expecting that I would be doing that. Another pleasant surprise.

The services of a design consultant were a huge bonus. Picking colours was one our greatest fears and Dee made the process incredibly easy. Needless to say, she got it right.

We hired Platinum Pro to paint the inside of our windows, door, trim, three good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a staircase and our kitchen cabinets in May of this year. Pending the results of that work, we then hired them to paint the outside of the house (stucco) and trim with elastomeric paint. Some of the window sills had to be re-done once or twice but there was never any hesitation by Chris and his crew to fix them until we were completely satisfied. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the painting and were especially happy with how the exterior and the kitchen cupboards turned out (to be honest, we were a little sceptical about the cupboards at the beginning). I would have no hesitation recommending Platinum Pro to anyone mainly because their prices are competitive and they bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied. It was a pleasure dealing with Chris, Dave, Alex, Vlad, Brian and the rest of the crew- they made a large project happen with a minimum of stress. The only complaint I have is that they could have done a better job on some of the windows rather than rush to get hem done and hope they met our expectations. I believe it was more personnel related and was subsequently resolved. In any event, great people to deal with.

Platinum Pro Painters was 1 or 4 companies I called. Many answered the phone with a very unprofessional tone and manner. A couple did not even bother to show up to quote on our project. But Platinum Pro and especially Chris were professional, courteous and showed up on time. They gave me a quote pretty quickly and the price was very reasonable. We had some changes to the paint/colors/etc. and with all the changes they were really good with them.

When they were doing the work they were also very professional and did a great job. We have a busy parking lot with clients and they worked well around all that. Once the job was done I looked it over carefully and everything was done perfectly. I was pretty amazed by the quality of work. Would recommend to anyone looking for painters. And especially Chris White, he was a pleasure to work with. Perfect score in my books.
