An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Dear Sirs, Thanks for the great job. I thought the least I could do is write you a testimonial. First let me say, it was great dealing with a company that really knows what they are doing. It was a pleasure having you guys paint my house. I was especially happy with the communication throughout the project. Regular discussions with the foreman ensured there were no omissions and no mistakes.The simple, concise, unambiguous quote barred any misunderstandings. I was surprised to see how meticulous the painters were with drop clothes and masking tape. Not a single drop of paint anywhere except on the house. And thanks for moving all our stuff to the side. I was expecting that I would be doing that. Another pleasant surprise. The services of a design consultant were a huge bonus. Picking colours was one our greatest fears and Dee made the process incredibly easy. Needless to say, she got it right. I was glad to see that the crew were serious about safety as well. Proper work wear, ladder safety and a clean work site were followed throughout. I was very happy with every aspect of the project: good people, professional operation and the house looks fantastic.
