We hired Platinum Pro to paint the inside of our windows, door, trim, three good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a staircase and our kitchen cabinets in May of this year. Pending the results of that work, we then hired them to paint the outside of the house (stucco) and trim with elastomeric paint. Some of the window sills had to be re-done once or twice but there was never any hesitation by Chris and his crew to fix them until we were completely satisfied. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the painting and were especially happy with how the exterior and the kitchen cupboards turned out (to be honest, we were a little sceptical about the cupboards at the beginning). I would have no hesitation recommending Platinum Pro to anyone mainly because their prices are competitive and they bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied. It was a pleasure dealing with Chris, Dave, Alex, Vlad, Brian and the rest of the crew- they made a large project happen with a minimum of stress. The only complaint I have is that they could have done a better job on some of the windows rather than rush to get hem done and hope they met our expectations. I believe it was more personnel related and was subsequently resolved. In any event, great people to deal with.

Supreme Windows recently replaced three double paned windows (south facing) with their top of the line triple Low-E argon filled vinyl windows. They installed them within three weeks of placing the order, completed the work in one day and glazed one of the big windows on site. Karl was available to answer all of our questions day or night and was very quick to respond. The crew was prompt, efficient and professional and cleaned up nicely after they were done. We are very pleased with the new windows and have already noticed a huge difference in how much more comfortable our living room is now. The only minor complaint is that we expected to receive a courtesy follow-up call after the install to make sure everything was fine but never received one. Karl seemed surprised to hear this and later advised that someone from Supreme had called and left a message but the call was not returned. Nevertheless, we are happy with the windows and the installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We recently had National Star replace our 20 yr. old cedar shakes with Owens Corning asphalt shingles as recommended by Sokol and Aleks. What impressed me right off the bat is they didn't try and talk me into a more expensive option even though I asked. A crew of four (sometimes 6) started early one morning and were finished shingling our fairly large roof in three long days. They came back for another half day to finish up a few minor things including re-sealing a few corners of our eavestroughs (no extra charge) and clean up the area around the house. They are a crew of close family members that work well (and hard) together, are very friendly, and they know what they are doing. Because of the extra care and attention to detail to make sure the many valleys on our roof were sealed as well as possible, they were forced to go out and buy extra shingles without any complaints whatsoever. I quickly developed a level of trust with them that made me feel comfortable that they will take care of any problems with the roof in the future. They did an excellent job of installing the product and took great care to leave the jobsite as clean or cleaner than when they started. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks guys.
