The inspection took over three hours and the house was meticulously inspected from top to bottom. Every little thing regardless of how minor was noted both during the inspection and in the 19 page report we received afterwards.

We were able to use the contents and conclusions of the inspection report to offer significantly lower that our initial offer and get the house. The attention to detail and straight-forwardness was refreshing and very appreciated.
