This is the forth time I called Dunlop Roofing. The first time was through recommendation to do my house. The second time was at my sister's house following an evening of heavy rain and wind. The third time it was at my daughter's house, again rain and strong wind. After a neighbour kindly patched up missing tiles called Dunlop to check it out. Was OK. And this forth time just weeks ago to replace the roofing and add more ventilation at the facia.

After much research in this highly competitive field, we contacted Dominic, the owner, to do our roof. He was highly knowledgeable, patient, not pushy, and honest, and we felt very comfortable with his suggestions. We wanted an attractive, solid roof which would last long after we'd passed on without having to take a loan. We got just that on May 8, 2019 and since then, we still get passersby asking for referrals! He even blocked off the raccoon's high-rise condo with heavy duty steel wire. Bye-bye, you rascals! I'm glad my late husband was around to see it finished. He took to Dominic from Day 1 and knew he could trust him with this important job. It gives me much pleasure to look up and admire the new roof - black against the salmon brickwall. Stunning. Thanks to Dominic and his great team for doing the work on schedule and doing a great clean up. He returned the day after to survey the roof to make sure all was in good order and to thank us for giving him the responsibility to take on this project.

We needed a roof vent added for our second floor bathroom. Domenic came out to give a quote (and did the job himself on the same day) over the holidays to make sure that it was there before our insulation was blown in. I had some insulation blown into my attic. The insulation guys pointed out that my toilet stack was venting into the attic instead of outside and recommended Dunlop Roofing. I contacted Dunlop, they responded immediately, gave me a quote and fixed the problem within a week. They saved me money by extending the stack and cutting the hole in the roof instead of having to have a plumber do the stack extension. I am very greatful and they did a great job and put the stack at the back of the house so it is not viewed from street level. Thanks Domenic!
