I purchased 2 matching light fixtures in December 2014. As of today (May 2) they are still not in. I asked for a refund and am being denied, despite having been waiting 5 months. I'd be extremely cautious ordering anything from this company - they feel no obligation to hold up their end the bargain. I have contacted the better business bureau on this matter as well. The store "manager" does not even have a telephone number for the owner? I am guessing judging by their rating on homestars the owner must not be concerned about customer satisfaction.
