Accent Moving & Storage

We have been using Accent Moving & Storage for nearly 10 years. I recently hired them to pack, move and store my mothers possessions. Again they did a great job and we were very satisfied. I would recommend Accent Movers to anyone. We have used them 5 times and will continue to use them. Thanks again guys!

I booked in plenty of time aprx 5 weeks lead time for 3 guys & a truck to be at my condo by 8am, it was confirmed by owner.
8:10 one lead guy shows up tells me dont worry 2 other guys will be here soon, he repeated that told me 9am, then repeated & told me 9:30, then again got very irritated when I asked where are they, Nasty attitude that prevailed throughout the day. It took them 8.5 hrs to pack up my 2 bdrm condo & drive 1 kilom to unpack at new loc. I have moved several times over past 10 years from our various properties. Never had a moving co so shocking as this one. It was beyond stressful. Totally ignored my concern for Damaged 2 items Plus 4 items missing ..no compensation Highly unprofessional.

I cannot adequately express how let down we feel by Accent Moving and Storage. They were hired to move our belongings to their storage facility for 18 months then deliver to our new residence. In short, furniture was damaged, inadequately repaired, items lost never to be recovered by us and the list goes on. Never once did Wes take responsibility or ownership of this mess nor did we ever receive an apology. Instead we got finger pointing and lots of excuses. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I realize this review goes against the grain of many comments but this is what we experienced. The worst ever service possible. Beware.

Accent Movers moved me March 1st. They were referred by a friend that said they were amazing. Their crew was on time. they put floor protection down right away. My furniture was wrapped in my home and nothing was damaged. The crew of Cary Jason and CJ were fantastic. The were clean cut and hard working. I always worry about who will show up to move me and I was surprised when they showed up. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will use them again. Thanks Accent! Marnie

We used Accent Movers after getting numerous quotations from other companies , and choose Accent Movers because it was reasonable and Wes, the owner, bothered to follow up.

Our move was scheduled into 2 parts Moving out and into storage for a month and out of storage into our new house after a month. On Moving day, crew of was on time, move was smooth sailing, nothing major happened except for some small dent, on the wall and a minor scratch on my box spring which the owner offered to repaired and done professionally

I gave a 7 out of 10 stars because we started the day with 3 men but left with 2 cos one had to go to the doctors cos he was not "feeling well" and left . Carey , the leader of our moving team , was apologetic about the situation. My journey into storage went smoothly wo incident.

I wanna thank my moving crew Carey, Aaron and Gary on "Moving out from storage into new house day", they were hardworking and courteous , hope u guys enjoyed the pizza.

Would i used Accent again? Yes. Because when problem arises it got fixed, so my wife and i are overall happy. I would have given a 9 out of 10 if everyone stayed healthy . This is my fair and honest review.
