Terrible business practices. They do not keep to their word. Will do anything to get the sale. After the contract was signed everything was that is not what is in the contract. So do not take what they say as bond make sure it is in writing. Everything timeline, what happens if there are damages, (take pictures before they start to work), what happens if there is a refund or the contract is not fully met? Make sure everything is in writing leave nothing to "trust me". Do everything in writing no verbal conversations if you are able to get in touch with them that is. There are alot of voicemails after they receive their money. But they will call you everyday leading up to getting your payment in full.
