My roof was replaced recently by Kovar Contracting and I am very pleased with the work. Jason returned my calls and emails promptly, answered all my questions, and his price was competitive. His crew were professional and very efficient. Most importantly, when my roof was finished, they cleaned around my house so thoroughly you wouldn’t even have known they were there. As a dog owner, this was greatly appreciated as their safety was important.

Kovar Contracting did a highly commendable job replacing the shingles and screening the eavestroughs on a substantial portion of our roof. The owner and manager of the company, Jason, provided a thorough estimate, noting the places where the roof could be upgraded and money could be saved. He patiently and promptly answered the several email questions I addressed to him after he submitted his bid.

Jason warned me that his team could not give priority scheduling to our job due to its smaller size compared to his other contracts. But he did commit to a timeframe, guaranteeing that the work would be done within a reasonable amount of time. In fact, the work proceeded soon after Kovar Contracting won the bid.

Jamie and his crew arrived at work on time and ready to go. They went to work quickly and efficiently, stopping only for lunch before leaving the site cleaner than when they had started. They were pleasant and courteous.

Jason himself returned to review the job and undertook to tie up loose ends in a short amount of time. In fact, this was what happened.

Most importantly to us, Kovar Contracting did a quality job at the price the bid told us we would pay and within the time period that was guaranteed.

I was extremely please with the service I received from Kovar Contracting. Having never dealt with roof replacement project, Jason explained everything very clearly and simply for a layman like me. Jason explained the cost of the roof on my cottage in detail as well as the products to be used. There was some damage on the sheathing which he sent photos of as well as the repair and explained the additional cost. They also included some additional flashing to protect against the damage re-occurring. I am very satisfied with the work form Kovar
