Work was done on schedule and within budget. The crew were great to work with and very professional.

We used Kovar Contracting for the second time on our house and again were very pleased with their work and service. After a windstorm induced leak in our roof we asked Kovar to come over to inspect things inside after the outside was repaired. That inspection generated a discussion with Scott about attic insulation and revealed the fact that Enbridge was offering a rebate. Scott offered to provide us a quote and help us with the Enbridge paperwork if necessary. We contacted several other companies for a quote for the insulation work and picked Kovar due to competitive pricing and known quality workmanship. On the day, Scott and the team pitched up on time and completed the work, sealing up gaps that ceiling and bathroom fan installers had left, installing or adjusting baffle vents, and plusing up the attic insulation to a full R60. They were professional, efficient, and cleaned up after the work was finished. We highly recommend Kovar.

Asked a few different companies regarding attic insulation. All companies offered the different options (top-up, remove and replace,...) Scott really took the time to understand what my insulation needs were, and made a few suggestions. Price was slightly below other quotes I had received - and it included a few extras I needed to be done at the time such as running new vents through the attic to the roof. They kept the site clean while doing the job and they were able to do it within the agreed upon time window. The crew did a good job and I highly recommend Scott and his team at Kovar to get it done right.

I have a small roof section that had seen better days. It was a small, ugly job (several layers of rotting roofing and underlay, weird angles), and many roofers passed it up, but not Kovar. While it did take them a few months to get to it (it wasn't leaking so I was ok with that), the job they did was professional and good value. 1.5 thumbs up (for the wait time)!

Some racoons had damaged a section of the soffite on the roof. The guy who came managed to fix it in barely an hour. I jad another company do an estimate before calling Kovar Contracting and they we asking for almost twice what I ended up paying. I am very satisfied with the service they provided.

The Kovar Roofing staff were competent, very pleasant and cooperative. They were wiling to do a little extra. They cleaned up very well. They were able to stick to the original schedule very closely.

I was looking to add light to a dark home office and had recently read about sun tunnels. I called the office and booked an appointment for an estimate within a week. Price I was quoted was not the least expensive ( based on phone calls to others) but it was fair and I felt confident in the company after meeting Jason who came to do the quote. Although he had told me it would likely be 3-4 weeks before it would be done I received a call in two weeks saying they were ready to go. Installation went well, the installer wore a mask, used a drop sheet and took care to clean as much as he could before he left. The company makes good use of electronic contracts etc making this a quick and easy way to get the job done. I will certainly call them again should I have a need for other roofing work.

As with Jason's roofing crew, excellent job on the eaves troughs. I have been satisfied with their services.

This company does good work. They are expensive but you get what you pay for!

Kovar Contracting was very responsive and followed-up with a plan to quote our services. They were friendly and professional, working closely with us to prioritize our projects. Although very busy, they quoted our work and were able to fit us into their schedule. We were very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.
