Moved away from my old home and notified OGG to update the water tank rental with the new owner info. However, 3months later the request is still pending and they never stopped charging me monthly. I’ve calling their customer service for approximate 8-9 times but the customer service is basically useless. They kept saying they’d take this away and forward the request to the “relevant” team but never came back with an update. This monthly charge is still ongoing but my bank has blocked the recent one. This is very frustrating. Stay away from this s c a m if you can.
