I had hot water tank and furnace with them from the previous house owner.
This year hot water tank was broken. It took them two weeks to fix it. After the fix, I am experiencing the loud noise and raise gas bill. When I ask them to come check, the customer service only saying if nothing goes wrong, they will charge $150 for inspection.
The furnace is also expensive and very noise. They said same thing" until its broken, if they come, I have to pay".
Even worse is that they double charge me for some services paid by my tenant 6 month ago. When I provide the image, their billing team insist that I should provide the full invoice. Didn't their account team can track this? They don't know who get charged, who didn't?
Totally lost my trust. Not helpful Customer Service, Not Qualified Technician, Horrible Accountant. If you want to get into any trouble. Stay away from them.
