Vito conducted the home inspection for a house that we had conditionally purchased. We found Vito's work to be very thorough and it gave us the confidence that we needed to move forward. Vito was pretty considerate when we booked the time for inspection with him, as we must get it done before the kid's school ended. So he came directly from his morning inspection with the lunch just "a small piece of pizza". During the 2.5h, Vito gave the house a thorough inspection, checking out basically everything very professional and careful. I also appreciate him a lot in the sense that he not only inspected everything carefully, but also explained in pretty much detail how things work and what I'm recommended to do here and there, now and in the future. Whenever I came up with some questions (no matter how stupid), he always gave me clear and specialized answer. His infrared camera is so powerful that I'd recommend with no doubt.
