We found Vito of DSM property services to be very professional and thorough with his home inspections. He arrived on time, he was in no rush, explained things and encouraged us as the buyers to follow him around during the inspection. He spent a good three hours with us. We asked plenty of questions and Vito patiently answered every one of them providing helpful and knowledgeable explanations. Even on the phone prior to and after the inspection, Vito was never in a hurry. His primary priority seemed to be to educate the client of not necessarily on what needs to be considered about the property prior to purchase but also about how to take care of the property afterwards. I would highly recommend his services because he is a friendly and professional person to do business with. Very impressed with the quality of the service. He takes time to go through the details. Even his report which follows is very user friendly and upto a very high standard.

We recently worked with Vito for the inspection of our new home. I highly recommend his work. He delivered everything he promised and then some. He was very informative on the phone even before we hired him and was able to come on short notice, which was a great relief, because other companies I called did not even return my calls within 24 hours. On the day of the inspection, he was prompt and went through the property very systematically. During he inspection, he pointed out many regular maintenance items and other things that needed to be taken care of quickly (we highly recommend the thermal camera, it is very informative). He also took a look at the pool equipment, even though it is not part of a typical inspection. After more than 2.5 hours (it is a large and irregular property), he walked us around one more time to give us a verbal summary. He sent us a very through written report on the evening of the inspection. The report had a lot of information and actual photos from the property but no surprises from what he told us at the property. He answered our questions the following morning even though he had another job to get to and offered to answer our questions on an ongoing basis. Overall we are very pleased with the service we got. No wonder he was rated 10 by all his customers.

Vito from DSM Property Services is a consummate professional. He was quick to respond to my initial e-mail, and we had the inspection set up and completed in less than 2 days. He carefully explained the various issues with the property in question, yet he did so in a way that I could easily understand, even though I'm no Bob Vila myself! I left the inspection confident in Vito's analysis, and his inspection report summarized his findings in great detail. The fact that his reports are sent in PDF format is also particularly convenient, as they are easy to sort through to find what you're looking for. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Vito and DSM Property Services to anyone needing a home inspection!

DSM did a great job on our home inspection. Vito (our inspector) was incredibly thorough in his approach, identifying all of the key elements of the structure and building systems, particularly all the major items that would influence our purchase agreement. I was impressed by the quality of the report, which included excellent photos to illustrate areas of heat loss and other potential concerns. It worked out very well for us as we were able to get a couple of key issues rectified before we moved in. Professional service and money well spent. This is our 5th home, and I’m happy to recommend Vito and DSM as the best home inspector we’ve ever had.
