Called Sam about a bathroom faucet emergency (it wouldn't shut off) and he arrived within hours. He replaced the faucet quickly and it's worked fine ever since. Later, a laundry faucet needed replacement and, again, Sam came within hours and did the job. Highly recommended.

Sam was recommended to me by a friend. I called him and he agreed to come the next day. He came promptly at the time fixed and was able to change the cartridge. Although it was difficult to do since the the cartridge was damaged inside, he patiently kept trying until he was able to fix it. I was grateful that he did not give up as I had water leakage. Sam is a very courteous individual and pleasant to work with. I would recommend him for sure.

I have used Sam's plumbing services in the past, posted a positive review on this site and recommended him to others but unfortunately my more recent experience was less satisfactory. I've debated whether or not to write this review but as I rely heavily on Homestars for honest reviews I think it's only fair that I share my experience. In February I called Sam to repair a toilet that was running on. He replaced the flapper and valve. Within an hour of his leaving, the toilet was running on worse than before. I called him. He was apologetic and said he would come back the next day with another flapper. I shut off the water valve overnight because the toilet was so noisy. As promised, Sam came back the next day and put a different flapper in. All was well for 3 months and then the flapper failed again for no apparent reason. This time I hired another plumber to fix it. Given this experience, I would no longer recommend this company.

I had a kitchen sink drainage problem. Got the contact number of Sam and called. Problem was solved in less than one hour.

I had a persistant leaking pipe under the kitchen counter. I was very lucky to have found Sam through a friend. He arrived very quickly after my call. The problem was fixed in no time and he was very thorough In cleaning up. Coincidentally, later that day, I had an unrelated problem. Sam returned the same day and took prompt care of the second issue. I will call on Sam in future and recommend, with confidence, this very pleasant and extremely efficient workman. So nice to find a professional with old fashioned values and great service.

I found Sam on Kijiji as I had a leaky toilet that required immediate attention. Sam quickly answered his phone in a professional manner (I am horrified by the number of Kijiji advertisers who either do not answer their phone or who are unprofessional when addressing callers). We quickly established a time and Sam was prompt to arrive. He was very respectful of my property when preparing his working area. He obviously knew what he was doing and completed the plumbing job in an efficient and effective manner.

When he was preparing the invoice and getting ready to leave, he also mentioned that he did electrical work. I had a lighting issue that needed to be addressed. Again, he was professional when assessing the situation and was able to rectify the problem.

I will definitely use Sam again for any household issues that I have and would refer him to anyone looking for a high quality handyman at economic rates.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I called other plumbers and they wanted $250 to enter the house. And these are the plumbers I used before. What a rip off. Sam came straight away and told me that there is no upfront charges and would come and look at the job and give an estimate before commencing the job. Very satisfied.

Our kitchen sink was draining slowly for a few months. We used some products that we bought from the grocery store but that didn't work. I gave Sam a call and he came the next day to fix our sink. He explained to us what was causing our sink to be draining slowly, cleaned out the pipes, snaked and plunged it. Sam is reliable, polite and he charges his services very reasonably.
