The staff were exceptionally helpful with the design stage of the reno. They offered options we had not considered but did not push anything. The construction and cabinets were completed on time and the installation went without a hitch. We required several other trades and John was able to recommend contractors and suppliers we were happy with. For the amount of work and the quality of their product, the price was reasonable. We love our new kitchen. Thanks John.

Designer, Kristin, showed up on time and checked in on the job site at the start and end of the actual installation. Free consultation and estimate was completed and we chose all new cabinets versus our original plan for refacing 18 year old builders grade cabinets. Matching the style on an entire new section of cabinets would of been difficult, and the small cost difference made the decision easy.

References to previous clients were made available, which we contacted, and they were unanimously pleased with their results.

Cabinet installer, Mark, showed up on the work days consistently around 9am and worked full regular days until the work was complete. Job site was kept clean and Mark was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

Original estimated cost and final cost was exactly the same. Absolutely no cost surprises from design to completed installation.

Cabinet manufacturing was delayed a couple weeks, and one drawer was not as specified but ended up working out anyways. We called the week before installed as instructed to get notification of the delays. We delayed the cabinet installation ourselves by a day to complete flooring renovations, and there was no problem with Kitchen Tune-Up rescheduling for us.

This is an organized contractor with a very good group of people working for them that delivers as promised.

We had Kitchen Tune Up reface our outdated white melamine kitchen cabinets that were 80's vintage and rated dated looking. They removed the existing doors and replaced them with simulated maple doors. There were 28 doors and drawer fronts in total. They came in and measured, and a few weeks later they came back and installed the doors. We were quite satisfied with the results, and recommended another family member who also had her kitchen refaced. Both kitchens have been transformed from drab to fab!
