We have worked with Chris and his team in the past, which is why we hired them for our kitchen remodel. While his quote was higher than some of the others we received, the piece of mind in knowing that the work would be done on time/on budget was valuable. Chris is an excellent communicator; the job was originally booked to take place in March but pandemic-restrictions postponed the start. Chris was very good about keeping us apprised of changes to the work-schedule, and let us know well in advance when decisions needed to be made.
It is unreasonable to expect such a large renovation to go off without a hitch, but thankfully when problems/changes came up Chris offered solutions and ensured that we were ultimately happy with the final result.
Though I could write much more about this experience, I will simply end by saying that the team at Remodel Construction are neat, considerate, and professional. Their work speaks for itself.

Our clients want us to deliver exactly what we say we will that's why we put in our contracts exactly what will be included in your renovation. 2. Our contracts come with a dollar amount which will be the final amount at the end of the project unless there are changes during the renovation and if there are changes we will issue a change notice along with additional charges and or credits. This way you will know at the end of the job exactly what is to be owed, there will be no surprises at the end. 3. When we start your project we are there every day until the job is fully completed, we do not leave to start another project. you have a dedicated crew on site daily. 4. We like to provide our clients with regular updates to the status of the renovattion this helps us stay on time and can help solve any issues quickly should they arrise.
In construction from time to time situations will arise or something will not go quite as planned or mistakes can happen.
