Completely satisfied.
Every morning the crew stretched the tarp to protect the floor, and every evening they cleaned up and took away all the garbage. There was never a garbage bin in front of the house, just a pickup truck. All contractors who were involved in renovation came on time and were polite and easy to get along with. The work was performed on schedule, and close to the price estimate.
Memorable moments: The first day the plumber stayed overtime so he can complete the job. He had a "spare sandwich" for such occasions, but we still shared dinner instead;
Tiling guy took a few hours just to determine how to tile the space so breaks don't look funny. Now every time I step into the shower I'm trying to find oddly cut piece. There is none (yeah, anybody can tile the bathroom, but would you ever think of that?);
After the work was completed we had minor issues, and every time I called or e-mailed I would get a call back in couple hours, even on weekends. They even visited a few times to investigate and fix (turns out silicon didn't stick to the bathtub).
Note their quote wasn't the lowest, but we saw their work at friend's house and decided right there. I would do it again without hesitation.

Your washroom turned out to look quite spectacular. Your design of white tiles installed subway style on the walls looked amazing. The glass blocks we used to replace the existing window also looks fantastic when the sun shines through. Our crew always enjoyed the coffee and cookies you and your wife provided our crew.
