As we live on a prairie with heavy windstorms, we decided to try the metal roofs that have a guarantee against wind damage. Global Exteriors sales rep, Peter Demchuk, came to show us the product and help us choose what would suit our century old home. John and his crew did the actual installation on our steep-pitch farmhouse roof. The friendly crew were here on time every day until the job was complete. The roof was well done and my yard was kept neat through the entire project. John ensured that all was done properly and took time to review all work done. I spoke to Nick at Global a few months later regarding a small issue. He was more than helpful and assured me that someone would take care of it quickly. Nick was right and the issue was quickly put right. Although I paid more money than for a duroid roof, this beautiful metal roof (looks like shingles) has a 50 year parts and labour warranty. That is hard to beat and I would recommend Global Exteriors to anyone looking for a really good roof with no worries.
