We had all of our windows replaced recently to take advantage of energy rebate programs, and had a really positive experience with Richard. He always made time to explain things to us and was very communicative and transparent. He also took the time to double-check and make sure the specific window models he was ordering for us would be covered under the new Greener Homes Grant program. Installation also went smoothly. They retrofitted 8 windows in less than 8 hours, in our 3-storey townhouse. Overall we would definitely recommend this company.
