I had two old bedroom windows that were installed in 1992 and needed to be replaced. I saw an ad from Fortress checked out their reviews and decided to call them. Steve answered told him what I wanted and he was over in 45 minutes. We talked liked what I heard and signed the contract. What you want from a company is quality products and professional installers. Well they definitely provided both. The windows were well made and were definitely quality windows. Now the installers. They came early in the morning and brought us coffee. Now that never happened with all the tradesman I have had over the years. These guys had years of experience and did an amazing job. Just watching them I was totally impressed with their workmanship. Clean up was as if they were never there. Explained the window operation and asked if I had any questions. Well I guess you can guess I would definitely recommend them for any window installation. Thanks Steve and crew for a job well done.
