I was very impressed with the quality of both the product and the installation. The job was done quickly and with no mess. The installers were friendly and informative and knew both their product and their work. Steve Mercer was very personable and well informed and we enjoyed working with him. We would not hesitate to use fortress Windows and Doors again (and, in fact, will do so next year) and recommend them to our friends and family. Great job, great products, great service. And the BEST warranty I have seen.
