Steve Mercer, the owner of Fortress, is knowledgeable, informative, and trustworthy! My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of windows (3) and sliding deck door that he recommended and installed. The work crew ( Stephen and Dave) were reliable, efficient and took the time to inform us of the installation process. They were careful not to destroy the flower beds and the worksite was cleaned-up properly. We were so impressed that we will be contacting Steve in the spring to replace the remaining windows in our home!!!
