We wanted to update our 30-year-old+ windows and found out about Fortress Windows from a flyer we received in our mailbox. After comparing 3 different window companies, we picked Fortress because of their competitive price and a feeling of trustworthiness we got from Steve. They were quite accommodating to install our windows in the dead of winter (end of December). We had a couple of small issues after installation, and they were dealt with promptly and professionally. We are very happy with the look and function of our new windows, and look forward to savings in our heating bill!
