It was a pleasure working with you Sam. Although the job and the weather were demanding, my partner Steve McCue and his team of Stan, Ernie, Richard, Matt and William were up for the challange - they performed at the highest level and got the job done beautifully. The egress window systems (emergency escape windows) we installed on your properties ensure safe escape for your tennants in case of fire or other emergency.
We dug out the ground and installed the new, state of the art window well system with the integrated ladder, backfilled with 3/4" clear gravel and put the acrylic "cover" (which will hold 400 lbs. without breaking) over the window well. The results are spectacular and you know you are protected from any legal liability because you are now compliant with all bylaws and your tennants are safe with this system in place!
