I connected with Fortress a few years ago as we started home improvements. In this time, Fortress has installed three entry doors and four windows in my home and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. Richard has been so easy to communicate with, he was informative, patient, and made it clear from the start that he was more concerned with me getting what I want/need than rinsing me for more money - instantly built my trust and never broke it. His team of installers were all fantastic, they delivered their projects on time and showed creativity and intelligence in the installation, overcoming challenges that presented themselves along the way in my older home. The team always cleaned up after themselves and offered suggestions for how to improve the functionality and efficiency of my home, very clearly just wanting what was best for me. The team was flexible and adaptable to my own situation and the issues that come along with installing windows and doors in an old house where nothing is square or level.
The simplest way I can put it is ... if you need new windows and/or doors, call Fortress!
