From the quote to the installation it was smooth. I chose Total because Eugene took the time to explain the process. I was replacing a window to a patio door. I was concerned about the job. My house was built in the 50's and I was worried about unexpected problems. Eugene assured that the installers are very good and have done these types of jobs before.
