Three years ago, I dealt with Jack and changed my Furnace and Air condition, at the same time went with a WiFi digital thermostat, that would also control the humidifier, and was very satisfied with the new equipment and installation job.
When I needed maintenance service for the furnace, and to hookup a new natural gas dryer replacing an old one, Jack sent a technician that was not qualified at all.
Even though I asked for a new flexible gas tube, the technician did not bring any and reused the old one.
The big disappointment came when he finished maintenance on the furnace and tried to turn it on, we discovered that he fried the digital thermostat, then broke a digital light dimmer when he slammed on it with frustration.
The following day he got and installed a replacement thermostat, and I made him pay for the dimmer.
Later I discovered that he hooked the humidifier as a dehumidifier, so now I get more humidity in the summer and the house is very dry in the winter.
Now I have to pay another technician to come and correct this issue.
