I have called Direct Air regarding replacing my current one Jack was on the phone with me and gave the price for the new air conditioner then he came to inspect the old the following day and my new one was installed on the following day as Jack mentioned. The technician was very professional and done a good job and took the old one with them and I am very happy with them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
