Good Installation Job, Terrible Service
Three years ago, I dealt with Jack and changed my Furnace and Air condition, at the same time went with a WiFi digital thermostat, that would also control the humidifier, and was very satisfied with the new equipment and installation job.
When I needed maintenance service for the furnace, and to hookup a new natural gas dryer replacing an old one, Jack sent a technician that was not qualified at all.
Even though I asked for a new flexible gas tube, the technician did not bring any and reused the old one.
The big disappointment came when he finished maintenance on the furnace and tried to turn it on, we discovered that he fried the digital thermostat, then broke a digital light dimmer when he slammed on it with frustration.
The following day he got and installed a replacement thermostat, and I made him pay for the dimmer.
Later I discovered that he hooked the humidifier as a dehumidifier, so now I get more humidity in the summer and the house is very dry in the winter.
Now I have to pay another technician to come and correct this issue.

You just called me yesterday and tell me your humidifier in your home not working. And you have ten year part and one year labor your humidifier install 3 years ago . Last year t-state was broken and we change it with no cost because when my tech was there this happen . Last winter and summer you have problem with humidifier and you did not calling us. Last night you called me and told me you have problem with humidifier and want me to send another tech to fix it with no charge.. and I told you have to charge you for labor and you asking for no charge I told you I can come by myself this weekend to fix it not charge then you start to tell me the bad word and I don't think you did the right
think but you are my old customer and i always I respect you I hope every thing is okay with you and still after every thing I can come by myself this weekend to fix your humidifier with not charge and aging I don't think I did any think wrong.Thanks again
