As client stated, after some delays due to weather and several day-of-appointment client side cancellations (Cancellation fees billed, but never paid), all services were provided as ordered in May of 2014.
Client contacted us to let us know they were unhappy with the windows and a FREE second cleaning of the windows was offered. They refused the free 2nd cleaning and instead we were informed that they had processed a full charge back for all services preformed (Exterior windows & the non disputed gutter cleaning).
Now that the charge back has been resolved, we would be happy to extend our offer of a free exterior cleaning in the spring of 2015.

We do offer a next rainfall guarantee with all of our gutter cleanings and would be happy to extend this to your situation if your cleaning was done this year (2014).
Unfortunately I don't see a record of any completed cleanings with anyone with the first or last name Thomson in our records.
