They charged for services they did not provide, and it was a nightmare on scheduling and getting a refund by them and credit card company. They cancelled multiple times due to weather (which is understandable), once without notice, and a second the day of. In the end we were charged a cancellation fee when the company couldn't confirm services in light of above. We paid for window and gutter cleaning, but only gutters were cleaned. When this was brought to their attention, they falsely stated on completing the service, and defaulted to their streakfree policy, as long as we paid their cancellation charge. They did not offer refund and falsely stated to the credit card company that services were fully completed. I have photo evidence of untouched windows should you be interested.

As client stated, after some delays due to weather and several day-of-appointment client side cancellations (Cancellation fees billed, but never paid), all services were provided as ordered in May of 2014.

Client contacted us to let us know they were unhappy with the windows and a FREE second cleaning of the windows was offered. They refused the free 2nd cleaning and instead we were informed that they had processed a full charge back for all services preformed (Exterior windows & the non disputed gutter cleaning).

Now that the charge back has been resolved, we would be happy to extend our offer of a free exterior cleaning in the spring of 2015.
