Tankless hot water heater install
Contacted Chris for this job as he was highly recommended by my sister who had a similar job done. I had an old hot water tank that was nearing end of life and wanted to replace it before it started leaking.
I got several quotes from others and Chris's quote was the most expensive. I could have gone with any of the cheaper quotes but I wanted to make sure that the job will be done right and that they will stand behind their work. And that is exactly what you will get when dealing with Chris. I could tell he really knows his stuff vs when I spoke to other company reps who were more salesmen than an actual plumbers.
They are a smaller owner/operator business and as such you get to deal directly with the owner vs the bigger companies where you feel like you're more a number than person.
