Had a rental water heater. Called on hold for 15 minutes before they answer and disconnect. After this happened a few times the rep took my cell number and promised to call back. She never did so I spent another hour the next day calling.
When I finally got through I wanted to speak to a supervisor to complain. I was told that one of the 3 will call me back. It's been 2 weeks with no returned call.
Now that I see the reviews I'm not surprised that no one there is accountable. You can claim because the supervisors aren't doing their job either. Surprised they can do business like this and survive.
