Stay Away this company. I had a hot water tank rental from Sandpiper since 2015 from the previous home owner which I didn't have any problem until November 2021 when it broke down. I called Sandpiper and they said its time to replace coz it reaches its maximum been more than 12 years. The company been billing me thru my bank even I don't have the tank anymore. I called them last March to close my account but until April they still charge me. Called them again,passed my call from one person to other person. They told me inorder to close my account I need to pay 100 dollars and they will send me bill. Nothing bill came. What a horrible experience? AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
