This is the third time we have hired Igor and his crew to waterproof our house without hesitation - we have been doing sections of the house as we can afford it in preparation for various landscaping and decking construction.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and its crew - especially Valentine. They arrived early each day, worked hard through the day, and cleaned up at the end of each day.
Igor is very knowledgeable about his profession and does not hesitate to answer any questions we had as well as explain how and why things are done the way they are.
This time we had a section of our garage waterproofed which was in worse shape than we had anticipated. One entire layer of cinderblock had been deteriorated and it was likely that had we not done the work that the garage would have fallen within a year or two. The crew took the time to reinforce it with a concrete wall and we now feel much more confident about the shape of the garage and previous water problems in that area.
Since this particular job has been done we have had many compliments about how the crew has left things and how well they compacted the soil - our landscape company has even asked for their number!!
Igor is a great resource to have and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!! Again - we cannot say enough good things!
