The day of the job Igor showed up with two other workers and worked hard through the day into the early evening in order to finish in the same day. Igor explained all the steps as they were being done, as well as the products he had chosen and why. I really appreciated (as did my neighbours) his creativity in ensuring that we would not have to disconnect our air conditioner and add another $500 for an a/c person to come out.
