Good for once in awhile cleanings

I have a 2 story house with a finished basement. I normally e-mail the owner Sev, to book White Lilac "on demand" every month or 2 when I am hosting a party or expecting house guests. There are always 2 cleaners (usually including Charlotte who is great) who do a thorough job cleaning all 3 floors within 5 hours. Generally, 1 of the cleaners is someone who has been at the house before. On my last cleaning there was an issue with a new team of cleaners who forgot to clean our basement and did not do a stellar job on the other 2 floors but I contacted the owner right away and they agreed to discount our next cleaning so I will give them another try.

Terrible customer service when an issue was encountered.

I have a 2 story house with a finished basement. I normally book White Lilac "on demand" every month or 2 when I am hosting a party or expecting house guests. There were always 2 cleaners who did a great job cleaning all 3 floors within 5 hours. It had been while since we had a cleaning so I decided to book 6 hours to get some of the build up. When I went down to the basement to make up the beds for arriving guests I realized the cleaners had not even been down there. I was very disappointed and but this was obviously a mistake so I e-mailed the owner Sev. I was shocked when they would not even acknowledge any wrongdoing and simply said that "as our fees are time based we do as much as possible in the time booked". Well, ok except they are always able to clean the entire house within 5 hours! Apparently a case of Parkinson's Law where the work expanded to fill the time available for completion. I requested some money back and have not had a response. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend them to others.
