An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We hired Jorian for a small and messy job in our main bath to fix some grout lines and re silicon. Most other companies turned down the job or gave me a ridiculous prices, but Jorian came up with a solution and took it on. I know this was a small job for him, but he understood that we did not have much money and that job may end up giving him business in the future. We now have bought a detached home and will be calling Jorian for a bigger job. I have also referred him to friends and family.
Jorian is very polite and professional. He gave us a very fair quote for the work and stuck to it.
He works hard and fast and even entertained my 2 year old son while working.
His quality of work was excellent, and I am confident he will do a great job with our new house.
Thanks,
Sam
