Brad came out to our house mutliple times to investigate foundation, sidewalk, garage floor and drainage issues. He was very informative and knowledgable and provided great insight into solutions. I had many other trades people come to give me qoutes and most of them did not spend the time Brad did explaining the problem and solutions. Infact, many of these so called specialist were wrong about the issues and provided extremely high prices. Brad understood our situation and was very fair about pricing when it came time to clean the drain tiles. He provided me with many money saving ideas around the property. He is professional, honest and personalable. He potentially saved us thousdands with his work and reccomendations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad. I have worked in many trades and trades people like Brad are difficult to find. We will definately call Brad in the future for his services.10 out of 10.

We hired Jorian for a small and messy job in our main bath to fix some grout lines and re silicon. Most other companies turned down the job or gave me a ridiculous prices, but Jorian came up with a solution and took it on. I know this was a small job for him, but he understood that we did not have much money and that job may end up giving him business in the future. We now have bought a detached home and will be calling Jorian for a bigger job. I have also referred him to friends and family. Jorian is very polite and professional. He gave us a very fair quote for the work and stuck to it. He works hard and fast and even entertained my 2 year old son while working.
