There were sounds coming from the boarded up basement fireplace rough-in. When I described them over to phone to Keith, he immediately diagnosed raccoons.
He set up an appointment with me, reached on time, and using his experience and some excellent equipment, immediately confirmed his diagnosis. I agreed on the spot to let him fix the problem.
To cut a long story short, Keith managed to humanely relocate four baby raccoons and their mother while cutting out just a small 6 inch x 6 inch hole in my finished basement (that he fixed back).
