I have waited a bit over a year to write this review and I did so on purpose. We always found bats inside our living space in the fall and winter. We would wake from sleeping to their quiet fluttering as they darted across our bedroom. Or we would come home in the evening to find them circling a chandelier in the hall.
With a new baby in the picture, this was clearly no longer just a minor annoyance; we needed to take action and quickly.
Keith sealed up our attic spaces. Stout wire was placed over the soffit vents and a clear silicone was used to seal up the space between the wood and the stone. The job took a lot of up and down the ladder and working up at 30 feet; it was quite the task!
I am happy to report that the Fall and Winter came and went and we did not have a single bat inside our living spaces. It is a huge relief to be able to sleep soundly knowing that we are protected from the bats.
Bats are great. As long as they stay outside.
Thank you, Keith, for the work and the peace of mind!
