Manny The Mover

The two men, Manny & Tyson arrived on time and straight away got down to work. They loaded the truck and drove to the new location quickly and proceeded to unload. The job was completed in under five hours and we couldn't believe the final price. It was 50% less than the other movers that we had used before. MANNY THE MOVER & his team are THE BEST.

WE have used them TWICE, AND will Use them AGAIN! Manny & Justin are both Professionlal, Great Price, On time, Very Efficient, and waste NO Time! They Get it DONE Whole 4 BDR 3300 Sq ft House & Basement done by 5pm!! They are SO good, Polite, Clean, Hardworking and NO complaints!!! AWESOME!! Hard to find in the Moving Business. AND YES We will use them AGAIN!

When I initially contacted Manny, he was very nice and the hourly pricing was reasonable.
Moving day: After showing up late on moving day, they got to work. I had everything neatly boxed and stacked ready to go. 6 hours and 5 workers later the truck was finally loaded- with my help ( to speed things up) I might add. I actually witness one item at a time being loaded.

Once we arrived at my new home, the items were unloaded. Manny and I had negotiated a price on the phone, but hidden fuel and travel costs were added at this time. Manny was paid in full. Upon setting up my new house I noticed a couple items were damaged. I called Manny and he said he would take care of it. That was a year ago and I have not heard from him since.

Manny and the boys work through extreme heat over two days. On time and on budget. Would use them again and would recommend to anyone. They are happy in their work!

Late showing up, slowed down once they realized they would be done quickly, damaged personal possessions- said they would repair but never came through. Charged more than quoted. Don’t bother!

Hard worker, polite, prompt, clean, very reasonable, careful....

Recently, our family had the great luck to find just the right guy to help us in the downsizing move from hell, and that was Manny the Mover! Manny was right on time, helped us with multiple, complicated moves to storage and the new home, and kept our spirits up when the going was tough! His team were all fast, reliable, and careful with our belongings, and were patient while we made last minute decisions about what stayed and what went to our new smaller home. This is a guy you can really trust to get the job done, brings his own team, there were no extra fees, upcharges, or hidden costs, just straight up moving and service with a smile. We lived in Whitby and bought a new home in Uxbridge so we needed a mover for our 2750 sq ft home that we had lived in for 15 years. We got five quotes from different movers but surprisingly Manny's estimate was very favourable. By chance, it turned out that Manny himself actually lived in our neighborhood so I thought it would be good to support local business. Manny was very professional and helpful throughout the moving process. He was honest about not risking the move of our baby grand piano so I hired a piano mover for that (who happened to call the night before to say they couldn't make it!!) Manny showed up with two other hard working guys on the morning of the move and managed to fill the truck very carefully and efficiently so that everything fit on the truck within a reasonable amount of time. I am happy to report that NOTHING got broken or even scratched...if it did, I've yet to find it. We were very happy with the way the move went, paid the movers cash at the end and invited them to hang out for dinner of pizza and chicken wings which was enjoyed by all. Thank you Manny.
One other note...I managed to hire a last minute piano mover the morning of the move. Telep Piano movers in Oshawa came through!
