All my belongings in the basement were ruined from the sewer backup in July. It took 3 days to get rid of all the damaged furniture and other belongings. The 3 different crews were great! Efficient, followed instructions, were careful not to damage my side door, and friendly. I found their pricing affordable. Thanks for a great job guys! I'd recommend you to anyone.

Had this company remove a bunch of trash from my parents' basement. Some of the items were still useable and they were donated. Just Junk was fast, on time, affordable and the guys respected our property and belongings. Highly recommended. Also liked that I can book online. Sarah

Called Just Junk to pickup my garage full of renovation debris. They showed up ahead of schedule and were finished within an hour. They gave me a quote on the spot and once I approved they got to work right away. Polite and friendly workers.

I was dissapointed in the way they collected and pretty
much 'smashed up everything. I pointed out that the web site states that many items would be recycled and/or donated. Nearly all non garbage items I was disposing of were in good condition and were totally 'trashed' either in the apartment right in front of me or in the truck.

I don't think there was any intention to donate any items - in
fact, I overheard the one man comment that they better hurry because
the dump closed at 2pm. Had I have known that, I would have taken the time to clear out the stuff myself (except for the legitimate
garbage). When I heard this comment, I started to claw back boxes &
bags from the front door so that I could take them to over to the
shelters myself.

The estimate when the men came in the door was not for a full load. I looked out the window when they were ready to leave and saw there was no way it was a full load - but I was charged the maximum.

All in all, I was very disappointed and will not recommend nor use
this company again. The comment ' We make
every effort to recycle and donate any reusable materials that we
remove to local charities or recycling facilities' from the web site
as it appears there is no intention to do that - but it sounds good
and kind.

A response to my complaint stated there was a 'communication' problem. My complaint regarding the fee charged was not addressed.

They are wonderful! Quick worker, they do all the work for you.
Service reps were very polite and actually mad the experience of junk removal fun and uplifting. It was the best service I ever had.
If you book online you get to save $10.

This company gives you a low quote up front and then changes it when they arrive. I was not at home when they took the TV away.

When I talked to the owner about the increase in price he gave me a used car salesman/politician pitch about how great a deal it was, even though other junk removal services gave a lower price then their final price.

Do not trust their quotes. I will never use this company again.

This was 2nd hiring of Just Junk - arrived 3/4 of an hour within 2 hour window. Had them break down and remove 2 old wood sheds at side of garage and finish cleaning out the items accumulated in the garage attic. At one point they had to empty truck as total amount took a load and a half. They left what we had indicated was to be left. Very thorough, swept up garage floor afterward. Job took 3 hours of a lot of hard, heavy work. Staff were extremely polite and efficient.

We researched getting a bin vs having a junk removal service. The service cost a bit more, of course, but not by much. After reading the reviews for Just Junk on this site, we checked out their website and were impressed that we could get same day service at a good price! Also, since Monika was possibly going to be home alone, we felt better knowing that the workers would arrive in a labelled truck and in uniforms, making them easy to identify.

Matt and Andrew worked efficiently on a very hot and humid day, getting all the drywall, wood framing and panelling out of our basement, with no complaints! Their quote was very accurate and it was great to be able to pay by credit card on the spot. Every cent was worth their labour and us not having to think about what could/could not go in the bin, not thinking about whether it would rain and how we'd cover a bin, or how to load the stuff in! Thank you Just Junk! We will definitely recommend you for this kind of work.
