As usual the move today was terrific! Alex and his assistant were professional, polite, extremely helpful and once again (Alex helped me move last year) represented Miracle Movers in the highest possible manner. Miracle Movers has moved me/my family 8 times over the past 10 years I will continue to refer clients to you

I was dissapointed in the way they collected and pretty much 'smashed up everything. I pointed out that the web site states that many items would be recycled and/or donated. Nearly all non garbage items I was disposing of were in good condition and were totally 'trashed' either in the apartment right in front of me or in the truck. I don't think there was any intention to donate any items - in fact, I overheard the one man comment that they better hurry because the dump closed at 2pm. Had I have known that, I would have taken the time to clear out the stuff myself (except for the legitimate garbage). When I heard this comment, I started to claw back boxes & bags from the front door so that I could take them to over to the shelters myself. The estimate when the men came in the door was not for a full load. I looked out the window when they were ready to leave and saw there was no way it was a full load - but I was charged the maximum. All in all, I was very disappointed and will not recommend nor use this company again. The comment ' We make every effort to recycle and donate any reusable materials that we remove to local charities or recycling facilities' from the web site as it appears there is no intention to do that - but it sounds good and kind. A response to my complaint stated there was a 'communication' problem. My complaint regarding the fee charged was not addressed.
